This is a downhill bicycle tour that allows you to have
some amazing views of the snowcapped peaks that surround
the city of Arequipa and at the same time, you will be
able to enjoy the splendid scenery of the high Andes
turning into the valley at the bottom. We will pass
through a part of the National Salt mines and White
Water Reserve. Depending on the level of expertise of
the group, we can either fly down in an exhilarating
ride, or we can take it easy and enjoy the scenery.

Starting point: the antennas of Mount Chachani
Ending point: Carmen Alto lookout point (10 minutes
outside of the center)
Max altitude: 4750 meters
Lowest altitude: 2400 meters
Distance covered: 50 km
Time ascending in a 4x4: 2 ½ hours
Descending time on bicycle: 3 to 4 hours
