We pick you up at 5:00 am, then depart at 5:30 am up to Huarán with 2800 m.s.n.m. in a time of 1 ˝ hours by private bus. In Huarán the carriers will be waiting. Here we take the first breakfast and then walk uphill start appreciating the lush vegetation and village, birds and other rivers to reach Canchacancha to 3850 meters, where we camp.
Day 2: Cancha Cancha - LARES
We wake up at 6:00 a.m. for breakfast and then start walking uphill to the 4000 m Quishuarani community. On the road appreciate Huayruros communities, mountains, rivers, waterfalls, mountains and lakes, in terms of fauna llamas, alpacas, geese and birds typical of the place. After reaching Quishuarani lunch then descend to the hot springs of Lares.
Day 3: LARES - PATACANCHA
The long walk began at 7:00 a.m. after breakfast bound for Huacahuasi, where lunch. During the walk you may see a blend of flora and fauna as well as experience some communities. This day camp in Patacancha, a town that is located at 3800 meters.
Day 4: PATACANCHA - Ollantaytambo - Machu Picchu
We started our journey downhill to Ollantaytambo on the way to appreciate the river and valley Patacancha with the same name, and Pallata Huilloq villages. The arrival in Ollantaytambo at 1:00 p.m. approximately after lunch and then take a break. Then take the train that takes us to Aguas Calientes, and spend the night here a hostel with private bathrooms and hot water.
Day 5: MACHU PICCHU - CUSCO
Board the first bus to Machupicchu, then we will have a guided tour of 2 hours, then we will have some free time to do what they want. After the visit, decide on the fifth day return to Cusco will depart at 2:00 pm to take the train at 3:55 p.m. to return to Cusco. Those who choose to stay one more night again able to visit the citadel of Machu Picchu.
