Itinerary:
 Day 1:
Arrive in Lima, reception and transfer to hotel, information on city and tours. Hotel accommodations
Day 2:
Breakfast. Lima City Tour. Tour the most important and characteristic colonial areas of the city including the Plaza de Armas, capitol buildings, cathedral, archbishops palace, Desamparados train station and old streets with classical mansions with Moorish style balconies, San Francisco church with its majestic convent and catacombs. Leaving central Lima visit the neighborhoods of San Isidro and Miraflores and Love Park, demonstrating the contrast between old and modern Lima
Day 3:
Breakfast. Transfer to airport for flight to Cusco. City Tour: Koricancha, cathedral, Sacsayhuaman, Q'enko, Pucapucara, Tombomachay. Hotel in Cusco.
Day 4:
Breakfast. Excursion to Machu Picchu. Early in the morning transfer to the train station to begin the all day excursion to Machu Picchu, the “lost city of the Incas” and one of the best known examples of Inca architecture. The city is located in a jungle like environment. After tour and free time in the ruins, return to Cusco by train. Lunch is not included. Hotel.
 Day 5:
Breakfast. Sacred Valley Excursion. Visit the traditional market of Pisaq, buffet lunch in Urubamba, and the town and ruins of Ollantaytambo. Ollantaytambo is perhaps the longest occupied town in the Americas and has its original Inca houses, canals, streets and walls. Return to Cusco, hotel.
Day 6:
Transfer to the airport and fly to Puerto Maldonado, where we are transferred by boat down the Madre de Dios River to Ecoamazonia Lodge. On the way we pass through thick jungle vegetation and see alligators, turtles and other animals. After checking in to our typical bungalos we visit the Isla Money. Only 5 minutes from the lodge, in the middle of the river, the island has several species of monkeys. Returning to the lodge we witness the beautiful sunset.
Day 7:
After breakfast we walk in the virgin forest with our local guide to Cocha Perdida, which offers sustenance to a large variety of jungle animals and birds. We can climb to a lookout in one of the largest trees, the shihuahuaco, to see the jungle below. We return to the lodge by canoe. In the afternoon we can go by boat to visit a local family. Night in Lodge.
Day 8:
We travel on the Madre de Dios river to the trailhead where we walk to the Gaminata/Bsriolo river. Located in the virgin forest are an extensive network of navigable canals were we can travel by canoe, very close to the animals. Return to the lodge for the night.
Day 9:
Transfer to the airport to fly to Lima. Transfer to a hotel.
Day 10:
Transfer to the airport for international flight.
